* Setup Fee, Minimum Processing Fee, and Batch Fees : The Minimum Processing Fee and Setup Fee is applied to the first processing run only. A purchase order number is required to prior to processing. Batch Fees only apply to subsequent uses of Cobá.
Payments: A purchase order number will be required before we begin processing your patron records. You can use the Cobá Estimator to calculate your purchase order amount. Once processing is complete you will be invoiced for the actual amount.
