Cobá is a patron address verification service. Clean patron address data is as simple as uploading your patron file and clicking a button or two. With accurate patron address data, you can maximize your return-on-investment for mailings and for population mapping.
You will be notified by email when your files are ready, and the whole process usually takes only a few hours.
Files returned to you include:
- Corrected Records: Records where the address has been corrected and updated to postal standards. Output can be tab delimited, comma delimited, or MARC.
- Restore File: For each corrected record, the original data is output to this file so that changes can be rolled back if necessary.
- Unmatched File: Excel file of records that were unable to be matched to any existing USPS address and the reason why.
